Karel Ourednik IV
Mr. Ourednik has been the president of Ourednik Law Offices, P.A. since 2003. Our Jacksonville office is located in the southside of Jacksonville, at the corner of Touchton Road East and Gate Parkway, while our Houston office is located in the Oak Forest area. However, you will often find Mr. Ourednik meeting with clients at their businesses and medical practices. We offer this service because we understand that as the client, you may be extremely busy.
Areas where we assist clients include tax planning and controversy, business and corporate law issues, asset protection and estate planning and Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law.
At Ourednik Law Offices, clients come first. When representing you, we make every effort to help you work through your legal issues. First though, we listen carefully to you. We use plain English to explain and answer your questions.
Mr. Ourednik personally speaks with clients both in client conference and during telephone conferences. You won’t be shuffled off to a secretary or paralegal.
If your legal issue is outside the scope of our practice areas, we will refer you to other experienced lawyers who can handle your case.
